08/May/2012Overall our stay was very memorable. The room was pleasant with great air conditioning. Our king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the towel animals created by housekeeping. The most enjoyable aspect were our daily trips to your beautiful private beach, Nachi Cacom. So relaxing to be served delicious food and drinks right on the beach!! We rented a car so that we could drive there every day. We are looking forward to staying at Casa del Mar next year.

08/May/2012Loved the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. wifi in the lobby was hit or miss and would love to have it in the room. great food and relaxing pool. will stay again..

08/May/2012My stay was fabulous! The staff was wonderful and I enjoyed having conversations with them. Luis and Santos were extremely helpful and great! My room was very clean and I loved the towel animals made up for me daily. I enjoyed the variety of food selections on the menu. I plan to return with my family sometime this year. Thank you for everything.

It was a really nice place, and we enjoyed the special deal we got on Tripadvisor (although it took a while to get it as the front desk wasn't aware of the promotion offered online). We thought the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The main thing I would improve the ceiling in the bathroom as a part of it fell down when we were in the bathroom, and maybe you could get wifi in the room itself. Otherwise, I thought it was a great place, and I would recommend it highly.
